This is very good for someone new to Vocaloid. Some tips I can give are dividing notes for separating the phonemes, playing around with different phonemes to see what sounds best (because, obviously, Miku has a strong accent) and if you want a fast pitch transition between two notes, put a short note at the end of the first one.
