What I think is happening is Miku herself was actually murdered in her bed by her lover. The crowd of shadows are people around her body or the darkness of death closing in on her. The tongue crawling is worms in her mouth. The burning I think is either her being cremated or they tried to dispose of her body by burning it. I think she is haunting the person who murdered her, playing 'hide and seek' with them. She comes to them every night and comes a little closer each time. "This box where i'm trapped" is either a coffin or where her body is stuffed.

That’s a cool interpretation! It makes sense when you read the lyrics. Im still confused about the blue flowers that have mouths. I also don’t know why the song is called “Cygnus”. My older sis told me Cygnus is the scientific word for a baby swan or probably just a swan in general.

She is looking back at her life and regretting dying because she still loves the one who killed her, hence her trying to let him sleep and feel peaceful like it’s spring. She probably died on the last day of winter because to her springtime never came.

My interpretation: Miku is a sex slave, having been kidnapped and forced against her will to "serve" others. The people who choose her do so because she's beautiful, and can do whatever they please to her ("the tongue crawls"). The "red string" supposedly connects two destined lovers, but she doesn't seem to have one because of her "status," and therefore the string "breaks." She burns down where she's kept and escapes, but is caught, tortured, and killed as punishment for her disobediance.
