kz is a member of livetune, one of the most popular Vocaloid groups. He's noteworthy for his use of AutoTune to smooth out the roughness in Vocaloid voices. This song is track 13 on his highly-successful Vocaloid album, Re:Package.
redjuice is a member of the even-more-popular group supercell, but he contributed the cover artwork for Re:Package and made this video.

There actually is a person who sings all of Hatsune Miku's songs. Her name is Fujita Saki [in kanji 藤田 咲] (in our language, it is polite to place the last name first). Then her finished work is run through the Vocaloid2 synthesizer. She is also an anime voice actress. Very busy young lady!

@SakuraEvangeline The Vocaloid synthesizer technology is by Yamaha, and Miku was released by a company called Crypton. Crypton hired a manga artist named Kei to design Miku's character, and Miku's voice is sampled from a voice actress named Saki Fujita. People are free to use the software any way they want, so there is a huge number of songs online. They often make art or videos too. (The Vocaloid software only makes music though, so you have to use something else for the other stuff.)

@SakuraEvangeline Vocaloids are actually just voice synthesizer software packages, with character names given to particular sets of vocal samples. Generally, everything you see in Vocaloid videos was created by someone who bought the software. That's why there's a lot of variation in art and music styles.

@ShamgarHD Vocaloids are just synthesizers. There's no way to control what people make with them, and only the creator owns anything he makes. For the concerts, they probably had some sort of agreement with the people who wrote the songs.
