Hi hello, I noticed you have a corn mill/grinder. I'm going to make some masa but my mother or my family does not have a metate. I'm looking to get a grinder that won't give metal shavings. Much appreciation.

Now I need to source black corn. It's not available anywhere near me here in Eastern Ontario that I have seen so far.

Are you gonna post recipes and possibly where we can get the corn you use ? So glad I found your channel. Gonna be smoking my turkey legs with a maple /cider spritz. I usually use a ginger beer base for all my sprits .

Hi john thanks for watching! I'm not sure what I'm going to be doing lol. It's all pretty new still finding my footing. I mostly just want people to think about food! Try something new and dont stick to a recipe it prevents us from exploring new flavors💜 about the corn I have to often grown with my family these foods this particular corn my mother grew and I helped. Many of my ingredients I also find in my travels and know some pretty amazing indigenous producers. I will be sure to mention some places to find ingredients in future videos
