I just love it when farmers run a certain brand all there lives and when they demo other brands not just bash the other brand like other people do. Great vid

Excellent explanation of why you ditch. Have seen it before but never understood why you do it. Cleaning the shop, well done. Beau is the perfect guy to organize that steel. What a mess before, what an organized mess after.

We have 3 S790 combines various front wheel assist tractors. Self propelled spray etc. everything Deere except we have two 620 case-ih quads. We absolutely love them. We used to have Deere articulated tractors. And these case tractors burn less fuel and pull harder pulling bigger implements. We definitely enjoy them snd have had no trouble. But we have not tried the new Deere track tractors vs our quads though.

It was very refreshing to hear a farmer say nice things about a piece of equipment. Whatever the color. It seems some are diehard green or red and talk bad about the other. Truthfully I did not expect to hear a fair review, but you did.

i run red green and blue nothing wrong with having options if green is good on one thing and red is better on another the color shouldn't matter plus if you have mixed equipment these dealers tend to go down on their knees and start kissing to get all your business the cost is huge might as well have the best in each category wish you the best no matter what you choose Good luck

Either or, the green or the red are very good tractors. If i had a choice after running deere and case i would pick case any day. Maybe not the same cab as the deere cab but very quiet and big and the case can pull more in my experience. Like i said just my experience.

It's throw over.. when we Kwik till we only go 2 inches deep the first pass so everything seems to germinate especially when we get some rain right after. It's not as thick as it looks. But we use it kind of as a cover crop and work it right before freeze up.

Your testing that new read, then test the 830hp quad and that hose power could get to 9 something think it was around 950hp. Watch second to last think mr.millenielle Zack southern mn. One of his last videos a rep was talking about the max horsepower also can weigh it down to total gross of 80,000 pounds.

I assume you are ditching in winter wheat. Does the wheat come up through the dirt you throw out? Looks pretty thick layer in places. Now to be fair you will have to demo a new model Deere.

That new quad is fealty nice , did notice the transmission you don't seem to realize john deer has corrected the quad shift issues as well as shift skipping gears like case does . Don't think you could go wrong eather way . $ cost is not good for farmers. I don't know how they can afford anything new ! I do like how you explain everything.

How often to you have to replace batteries? If it's often enough that it's an issue having them up high maybe you should think about why your JD's go through so many batteries.

We had 2 600 quads. They are twin turbos. I work for the guy that had them, he wasn't happy with them because they were starting to have issues. Turbo problem one one, def problems until we deleted them hydraulic hoses blowing apart. They were getting hours on them and that might have added to the issues. I ran each one and I really liked the throttle and shifting all in your hand. They aren't near as quiet and they was rougher riding going down the road. He traded them for deeres. 9620rx and 9rx590. We also had a 470 narrow track and replaced that with a 8r410. All green now except for our 870 ripper. It don't matter what color they all break down eventually! And with all the technology ya can't fix most of the problems. We're down by albert lea and I think we'll start beans late this week. Have a safe and good harvest!

Having worked for john deere for 18 years then got let go even though have exceeds expectations for many of those years. john deere has went the way of DEI and is sending all the jobs that is possible to outside the US. john may has been caught saying many times that he will replace all the US jobs with either robots or off shore. MY VOTE IS RUN FROM john deere
