I used goldwell color in a salon i used to work at. I loved it and their lightener! When I started on my own I couldn't afford Goldwell so I use redken shades for demi and Matrix Socolor for perm now. I have not found a violet shampoo or conditioner I love yet so I am so glad you recommended the Goldwell because I will totally be trying it thank you! P.S. If you ever have any questions about the Socolor line I can help you out. Or if even anyone asks about it again you can send them over to my channel. I talk about it on there also.

Lexi Dawn yes !! 😁 everyone at my salon says after highlights to do a retouch dry and drag it through with the wow comb but I feel like I’ve seen you do retouch at the bowl when it’s wet!! Do I have to have a certain color line to do that ? And does that sound right to you ?! Lol sorry it’s a lot

Hi I love ur vids ur so inspirational to me. I use redken only and I’ve only tired the new pastel pink toner twice but it only works on levels 9and up. It’s so pastel so it didn’t transfer over at all to the level 8and below. In my opinion the only work to deliver a true pastel pink not a rose pink. :(. But I have a feeling the backup color from Kendra u pick up will work great!!

I was wondering if you could tell me a good toner to use to lighten my re-growth. My root is a level 7 and I usually pull gold. I am wanting to tone the roots and do a smudge but I am not that familiar with Redken Shades EQ line. I would appreciate any suggestions that you have. But the way I am a licensed cosmetologist. I am trying to achieve a look where I do not have to color my hair as often. I really wish I lived close to you, so that you could do my hair.

if you have highlighted hair then i would most likely use my fave root toner for blondes with is equal parts 7p and 7n shades eq

oh girl! my lighter is maybelline "master strobing stick in 100" with "sephora micro smooth highlighter in star dust" thank you for noticing! lol im obsessed with highlighting! I get my shades eq from Salon Centric. Cosmoprof doesnt carry redken products.

So I had a foiliyage done about 3 wks ago and it was super bright-like a level 9 and I'm a natural 6-7. I grabbed a 7n with a splash of 9V shades eq to tone it down and it has pulled a little warm. How can I brighten it back up wo washing it 100x? Do you like the MalibuC crystals?

yeah you can totally try the malibu crystals and then maybe tone with a equal parts 7n and 7p shades eq or even a 8v and 8n if you want it brighter but if you have more orange tones then use the 7s and if its more yellow tones use the 8s

Because of your videos on these products most of I have never tried,I’m opening a new hair salon my third hair salon in 20 years period of time.I will start experimenting with your advice I usually never try anything new.So I’m planning on trying these first on my daughters hair then customers.so redken look out here I come.
