You going to buy another truck and put a driver on it. I’m sure you’ve built a relationship with the company you are with. Man we are busy busy. Constantly looking for extra trucks. Glad to see your doing well. Keep it up man.

have a question, why wouldnt you run a single axle class 8 truck vs a 1 ton, your other vid i watched you stated 500 week you pay on your 1 ton, thats more than a new semi, just courius

AVG MPG is much worse on Semi (Loaded + Deadhead), Insurance costs higher, and maintenance costs are all higher on Semi. Hotshot is about keeping total running costs low not just payments.

Word out there is that rates are softening a lot and the market is weakening. How are things on the load boards?

Watched a couple of your videos and haven’t seen much detail on your rig. Do you have any tuning for towing? Or monitors/gauge for temps and stats? Do you have any upgrades done to the Ford as far as motor or even maintenance things? I’m sure you can only do so much with emissions laws crossing state line and stuff. Curious on your thoughts of upgrades cost vs benefits.

Last year I hauled a 9'2'' boat from Louisiana to Maine , 11 states 2000 miles . no permits , no issues . I would love to know what people think about that. My father says he knows a few guys that run boats to New England from FLA over 9' wide no permits on a regular bases??? Not saying its right, just wonder what other people think ?

Have a 1 year old daughter and I work for AT&T and make pretty good money. Normally around $1000 a week. Is there a certain time u can take off or I'm gonna go over top an say can you work 3 weeks a month an take off a week for example or how's it work
@austinhaynes5127
@austinhaynes5127 5 жыл бұрын
Yes you can do a 3 on 1 off. Honestly if you have a good job. And get to be home everynight. Dont try and take the risk with this business and go into a ton of debt trying to start off. That's my honest advice
