My favorite guy. Always notice that not one drop of water ever touches him. Always smartly dressed in casual shirt & trousers. Maybe he's former Navy, Coastie or Merchant Mariner, loves the sea & just enjoys going outside now & then to breathe in the salty air.💙💦🛥
