It's interesting the variation in what's available in different parts of the country. I'm in Phoenix, and my Target didn't have any of the pastel items, but we have loads of terra cotta lanterns in different shapes and sizes. Two ghosts, three pumpkins, and to headstones, ranging in size from 6.5" to 10". They'd make a super cute walkway display. But, I did a hoard of the wooden signs that are super cute, a two foot tall plush pumpkin that is sort of sock monkey style and a cute felt moon wreath with metal bats on it. I need to get to Home Goods and Marshalls, as well as At Home and Ross. I have both a Lowe's and Home Depot less than a mile from me and haven't made it there yet, either. *sigh* I need the spooky mood to hit me, but our weather hasn't begun to turn yet.

Thank you for showing us the store tours. I'm a senior, and love Halloween. I feel like these companies are "dumbing down" Halloween. I'm even questioning the adjectives being used to describe Halloween..."It's so "cute", it's so "soft", It's "adorable"... What??? Sounds more like folks are talking about Easter bunnies and baby chicks.."ughhh" It's enough to make this ole' Ghoul scream! If you want your kids to grow up with Halloween the way you did---stay away from the pastel Easter Halloween decor. Better yet, buy the ceramic pink ghosts and put Easter eggs by them on the table for Easter 😉😂

Clearly the memo got around to all these retailers on pastel Halloween (which is not for me) but my question is who decides these things? 💀 It is odd that Halloween hasn't invaded the bath towel space that much because you can find tons of kitchen towels. 💀 I wish someone from TJX companies corporate office could see your videos and just send you a spider web bench.🧡

These retailers go to special manufacturers shows, where they showcase their new items for the season. They usually have these shows months in advance of all the major holidays.

I found the metallic black spider bench today and it definitely came home with me. It was cheaper than I expected it to be $100. I wanted the wooden one also and I seen jade the Libra found it and that one was $150. Wishing you the best of spooky luck, don’t give up! 🖤🕷️🩶

Nosferatu is now available to order online again. I've been seeing a lot of walk-throughs where he's always on display, so couldn't ever understand why he'd been listed as out of stock on the website. His flapping jaw is a little silly, so he'll probably just stand around somewhere. I never knew about the Spongebob/Nosferatu thing. It turns out he shows up more than once.

I saw the bench at my Marshall/HomeGoods combo store, and I have to say it’s cute but a bit flimsy. For $99, I guess it’s okay, but in my opinion, if I had to choose between the metal one and the wooden one, I’d say the wood looks much better and is better made. I live in CT btw lol

As a collector of shaker and painted primitive furniture and antique Christmas for nearly 60 years. The one and only item you should have purchased was the cat teapot. Go back and get it. Otherwise why are you not buying old Halloween or at least thrifting. I watch people who thrift Halloween and Christmas and they do exceptionally well for young people. The quality is so much better and you’d get more bang for your buck.

Your hunt for the bench is what I've been doing with the stupid At Home hearse pillow 😭 The employees keep saying they haven't seen it, but it's not available online and I saw people on youtube buying it in June 🥲 I guess it's just not here yet? I hate how these rollouts are happening No benches in my area, fwiw

The hearse pillow is probably gone. It came out in June in store. If you have multiple stores to visit near you then you might find one.
