Hey guys at 4:48 it appears to be a light from somewhere else shinning i am pretty sure it is a reflection from a mirror at the end of the hallway.

That was no reflection because the next time you look down the hall its dark and no reflection at all.... so no mirror or it would have been there again. Some one was either there "with you" or some one else was there too!!

Not only can you see the light being shined from the left onto the wall on the right and the floor... You can actually see the person come around the corner and points their light right at you! But I get it... when looking at that 3" or smaller video screen... you didn't see it. Someone was tailing you all the way around that place... You kept saying over and over and over again how it sounded like someone was behind you. They were. Just like that guys you "threatened" by being near their drugs on the train... you were in their home and didn't like it. They were following you around to make sure you didn't take off with anything of their stuff. Like all those records and the electronics Dangerous exploration man.... very dangerous. Jon.. I realize this is what you do... but it's not worth risking your life for a few videos. Sorry... it's the old man father in me that talking. Just don't want to see you get hurt.

Somebody may have been in there with you. Watch from 18:24 to 18:28. On the floor by the left door. There is light from a flash light coming from an angle in that room. I don't think it's your light because you use a flood light and this is a directed beam within the field of your light.

Gotta say - as a 78rpm record collector, you're absolutely killing me with the quick 2 second (tops) shots of records, panning away before there's a clear shot at just what's **in** those stacks (at 15:14, there's a few hundred of 78's you just glossed past despite the solid flooring - same with completely overlooking that shopping cart **full** of records at 15:39 ). I can tell you - though I usually don't take anything out of abandoned houses/buildings, if I were there at this location at the time, I'd make sure every last 78rpm record in there was coming home with me (the vinyl can be left) as I left the place.

Never knew that those old records are not all vinyl we always referred to "vinyl" when talking about them! Grew up with mom's reel to reel and albums on the turntable,thanks!!

That's a very old building. The little wooden doors near the floor in the hallways were for the ice man: before there were refrigerators there were ice boxes, just wooden boxes with one shelf and a door inside the apartment, like a closet. The ice man would slide a block of ice through that little wooden hallway door, usually into a metal tray, and the block of ice would keep whatever was up on the top shelf cold. You don't see those around much any more!

Great ubrex Jon! From what my dad and mom told me; my first year of life was in a building like this. It's hard to believe that the building was being renovated with so much damage to the floors, walls, ceilings, and roof. No doubt the renovator ran out of money trying to bring the place up to code. Plus, a shared bathroom would never fly today. Keep up the good explores. 👍✌

Between 4:49 and 4:53. It looked like some light appeared at the far end of the hall in front of you. Right before you entered that room with all the records in it. It looked like a light just appeared out of nowhere and then a shadow started moving there also. Then you went into that record room. That was very creepy seeing that at the end of the hall tho. When no other person is in there with you.

I wasn't ready for this Jon! Scared the 💩 out of me. At 4:48 there is someone down at end of hall with a light. First thought it was Tim but you went alone. At 18:24 there is a flashlight flashing from around corner. At 25:15 I had a heart attack! Why is that there you asked. To scare the crap out of you,! It worked too! There was differently someone there with you Jon. I know you can take care of yourself. But I still worry. Please wear a mask. So much black mold. Thanks for the fright night! Loved it. Jon please don't go to places like this alone. You weren't alone there that's for sure. All that stuff didn't just get left behind like that by chance. Please be more careful. I'm sure I heard others there & think I heard a few closet doors close. (That Cabbage Patch doll if in good condition is worth ALOT like $500. to $700. or more. Furbys are worth alot & the early Barbbies esp. the one with the Zabra bathing suite is worth alot, the action figures like Star Wars, esp. in the boxes are worth ALOT to toy collectors so are the early train sets, so are the Xbox ect. toys.

At 4:48 there is a light moving around down the hall. I hope that's a friend of yours. It looks to come around the corner, shine on the floor and then ahead. 18:25 there's a light moving back and forth on the floor.

@@ExplorationUnknown Either someone was sneaking around in there or you caught a ghost light. There was nothing to reflect your light and the light was round like an old flashlight. The way it appears, it doesn't look like your light, especially the way it comes around from the left corner.

Awesome video Jon!! Very creepy place. The mannequin was priceless!! LOL! It's so hard to see other lighting in front of you when you have a light that powerful on your rig! The light at 4:48 could have been a headlight I did see a bridge in the background.. and the light at 18:24 could have came from a squatter... I did see a bed made on the floor. Who knows what you may have stumbled upon! As always great videos, keep the creepy stuff coming!!!!

Absolutely Awesome video Jon! I am still trying to catch up on the videos I missed when my smartphone was broken. I saw a flashlight a few times while you were there and what appeared to be a person at the end of the hall! I would love to know the history of that building. All those things that you saw has to be from the apts. I am glad that you are doing the mask because you should have had one on with all the mold in there. I'm going though legal aid to maybe sue my apt folks for having me live with black mold in my apt. for over 7 yrs. ! I complained forever about not having hot water, long story short they take out an old water heater that's been sitting in mock of black/white mold and just slap a new heater in the mock!!! Board of Health will have a field day.. We have a crap manager that is about to go down. She stated WW3 with the wrong person😎.

At 18:25, there is a light like the beam of a flashlight coming from left of screen onto the floor! It can't be your light. It looks like criminals used to use these places to stash their stolen goods, but it all looks so old, maybe they forgot about it! Or its left over stuff that people left in the apartments that they are storing.Thanks, that is one creepy place! x

Hi Jon, if you go to 30:14 and go frame by frame using < and > keys then in the middle of that busted door it looks like an eye. Keep moving frame by frame and you will see whatever it is moving as if turning their head away to the right, it's so spooky. x

Omg Jon. Right at 11:16 on the dot! There's a loud and clear Audible voice that says "Help me". Its the apartment where you said that the it came from in the kitchen to the left. Omg that gave me chills. That was an audible distinctive EVP! It was kind of robotic sounding so it was hard to tell if it was a man's or woman's voice. But I think between the two ....it sounded more like a woman's voice I guess. But it was really more robotic sounding... not really completely male or female. Really gave me the superduper creeps! Lol. That was so clear and so awesome! You got a good catch there! Wow. I'm still creeped out! But it is a clear. ," Help me!".

If I had to guess, I'd say that this building dates from the 1920's or 30's. It looks like it has been rewired and replumbed more than once

To be honest.... I don't think some of that was "left behind". Just my opinion, I think you stumbled on a storage place for a burglar ring..... maybe? Too much good stuff to just be left... like thousands of dollars of vinyl recods and those electronics.

i grew up in this town. the bottom floors are retail and the apartments have been used as storage throughout the years by the owner of the antique store

Based on the consttuction materials and supplies evident in this video, it is apparent that there is an effort to restore this beautiful old structure. It needs a lot, but as someone who works in the construction industry, I can envision it restored. Lots of $$$, though.
