The property is probably listed due to its age, often they are left to fall into a state of disrepair as the cost of renovating them is high due to all the regulations. The land owner is most likely waiting for the property to be beyond repair so it can be knocked down and built on.

That rule wouldn't work for you where I am in South Australia. The smaller they are the more deadlier they are like the redback. And the big ones may be harmless but I somehow can't see a visitor from the northern hemisphere leaving one in their home if they came across one. Some are as big as your hand.

Guess you’ve never heard of the Standard Model of Particle Physics. If there were any ‘spirits, and/or ghosts’, there would have been evidence of them in CERN, at the particle physics level. Basically, physics/science has debunked their existence as complete fiction, with zero evidence based on the Second law of Thermodynamics.

Im 66 i found it really sad. All those toys/clothes were just like i had as a kid. I even had 3 horses and went to shows every weekend. Thos horsey pics and the riding clothes from 80s just like mine. Creepy and obviously haunted but so sad. Excellent....never seen u b4 but subscrobed cos so good

Cool! At timestamp: 50:36 there is another wisp of fog, and right before that, there had been an orb flying around. Thank You for an awesome investigation, Adam, and Becky. Adam, you ought to collab with Becky more often,. Becky has a very calm, intelligent vibe, the unseen, seem to like her, and she appears to have a calming effect on you, Adam. I am getting the feeling that the woman who died jn that house, was pushed down those stairs.

Some are faint, some kind of look like bugs, however, he was filming in night vision, so bugs apparently don't light up on night vision. I also saw quite a bit of mist in the basement, however, it looked like it was Adam's breath. It was probably colder down there.
