I was the biggest skeptic ever. Laugh at all this kind of footage. But I have now experienced things first hand. Once in an old rented house where a lady lived before me for 70 years. And then myself communicating with My dad when he died last year..and no I wasn't vulnerable and picking up on anything. In November my dog started watching and reacting to nothing in the dining room. Looking at something, nose twitching going mad it was bizzare. So I recorded many many videos and watched them back in my bedroom...where at one point someone laughs like a mans deep laugh(like my dads) and straight away my dog settles, shuts his eyes and goes sleep. There was someone in my house that day...without a doubt. And that's coming from someone who would of called all this BS at one point in my life.

Hi again Adam, what you thought had been DIY’d with cardboard, were actually sections of old tea chests made from a sort of ply wood. Back in the day, at least the 40’s 50’s loose tea used to be imported in these plywood chests, lined with a type of thin metal/foil they were eagerly snapped up for DIY or storage in the home as there was a timber shortage after the war for a while, so these boxes were very useful…and with the metal lining it’s come in handy there to make a weatherproof divider.

Just a few things--11:11 mark, there was definitely a dark shadow that opened the door. I went back 4 times and watched it, but there were no shadows that passed by the windows. 21:00-21:06 mark, the overhead lamp started swinging and stopped, but nothing else moved, I don't think it was the wind. 47:13 mark, the headless doll was standing. The large case in the kitchen kinda startled me. Awesome investigation. Merry Christmas Adam.

The first 2 noises I hear reminded me of footsteps, like someone knew you were there and stopped short of you. Wow! You do this place justice Mark. The explore and haunted was pretty awesome! I have seen this place a few years back, it was tidy and the car was intact. I have seen a few investigators there and the best I saw was Dark Arts. Besides yourself, of course. It was very scary and left an impression on me. You should watch, at least to see how active it was, even outside. Kinda blew my mind! I need to go back and see your first vid here. You were right to be concerned about the crows; they usually go haywire in a way of chasing away people or warning you of dangers. My question is: why was the doll standing, and where was its head? Question was doll getting ready to attack you if you didn't leave? Question: Were the people who entered the house during the lapse of your last visit attacked before they could finish their alcohol? When you asked what that noise was before you asked what grazer meant, in the kitchen, a light brown suitcase or briefcase 💼 that was on the counter to the right of the window, moved and then fell off of the counter onto the floor. My mouth literally dropped open!!! I had to watch it again a few times to make sure that I saw what I saw. WOW!!!

You might be an apparition that people from another time in the house are seeing. Always had a theory about that. I tend to think it might work "both ways" as far as ghosts go.
