I once read that spirits try to communicate with people in their normal voices, but that people often don't hear it in their regular volume due to the spirits not being physical beings. So I imagine that the screeches, coughs, knocks and throwing things are just ghosts getting frustrated at people not seeing, hearing or understanding them when they're trying to answer them normally.

One thing to add is that evil/negative spirits feed off of fear so they try and scare people by doing those things to get more power from those hearing them and getting scared

Was going to reply under your comment Daz, but that's been taken over with people arguing about Andrew Tate and I cba with that. Just wanted to say that this was a great hunt. I'm a total non-believer too and I really appreciate you telling folk when the noise is just a car/someone talking etc. or explaining the dust being just that and not so-called orbs. So many ghost hunters would be like "ooh, you hear/see that?". Your hunts are truly refreshing, thank you!

Nonetheless some of these things can’t be explained, I’ve seen a ghost myself as a child and have seen things move and caught some things on tape. It’s hard to believe if you’ve never seen anything for real
