I have a theory…just a disclaimer I haven’t finished the vid yet so this could be disproven. Ok so remember the 2 letters that Daz read as Morris and Linda (could be wrong names) that were talking about the amount of “red” and how people are becoming suspicious of the mine because people keep going missing inside. My theory is that the monsters inside the mine feed off of humans, mainly their blood, hence the supply of “red”. To keep the monsters from coming out of the mine, the military was basically sending adventurers into the mine to “explore” so that the monsters would have enough “red” to keep them satisfied. This would also explain why ‘M’ asked ‘L’ to send more “red” as a precaution just in case they didn’t have enough. Just a theory and I know this is just a game but it would be really cool if they thought that much into it! :)
