The game was banned as in the beta version of it, it had a joke relating to an infamous Chinese government official's appearance, comparing him to Winnie the Pooh. The joke was taken out very early on(wasn't even in the final product) but was forced to be taken down by said government official anyway.

this game is just absolutely amazing. It’s so disappointing that it was barely given a chance by producers, the story of this game is so much more realistic than some people realize. Obviously- there is some dramatization, but such is with a horror game. It still teaches you a very strong theme about how desperation and people’s greed can destroy someone in a matter of days. I think it gives you an important message, and the developers put hard and passionate work into everything.
