What a sad, tragic story. At this point the murderer would most def. be dead. The fact that the crime scene was contaminated by the curiosity of the town is crazy. I am sure the sheriff was overwhelmed by something that " is not supposed to happen here"! Thanks for telling their story Jordan. A heartbreaking loss of life.

Hi Jordan!🙋 I stayed the night here with friends. It is definitely haunted. Very weird things happened to us. I plan on going back. We were fortunate to meet Mr. Darwin Linn several years before he passed. He owned the house & was the nicest, most humble man. He treated the whole incident with the utmost respect. RIP💔 If anyone is into the paranormal, this is the place to go! You won't be disappointed!👻😱 Have a great day!👍✌😎

Jill Niemczynski can you give me some examples of what happened?
@iamedic804 жыл бұрын
Yeah, the radio stations did tours inn early 2000s, & I had friend who went to disprove hauntings & ended up with video & entire conversation with one of children when she wandered off outside on her own. That was only beginning. Never was dark or evil, just there.
@jillniemczynski55174 жыл бұрын
@@1967buickriviera Hi!🙋 We heard disembodied voices talking, music playing, my friend's mom heard feet shuffling in the children's closet. The closet door opened & closed in front of all of us when we talked to the Moore children. An unseen force kept me from going too far into the attic. My other friend's husband checked out the whole house. There were no cameras, bugs, or any evidence of tricks. There is no electricity in the house. It has been returned to its original state from 1912. It was a very unique & fascinating experience. I'd love to go back again. Have a great day!

Jordan, you are hitting all the great places in Iowa! We stayed overnight on Halloween last year. Stayed up all night. We did catch and audio clip of a little girl. Also, between kitchen and the room the neighbor girls stayed in, there is a fowl door that came and went throughout the night. There is a creepy old stained casket in the barn too.

Never heard of it Jordan, sounds like somebody knew exactly what they were about to do, they must of know the layout of the house, almost like they knew the family, can't imagine how frightening as a neighbour you would feel after the horrific killings, truthfully i wouldn't want to live near it now, very sad story, as usual well told thankyou, just thought I'd tell you, said I would watch the Bridges of Madison County, it just dropped through my letter box, going to watch this weekend, with a box of tissues x

I just googled it and that house is supposed to be open at 1pm today, but then I have no idea which day you filmed this. I was expecting you to say hi to the little black kitty out front licking his paws. How appropriate..black cat... I had never heard of this either, Jordan, but I appreciate the vlog and will be looking it up on the internet. It really makes you wonder why things happen the way they do. The two little girls were just there out of coincidence and I'm sure the parents were haunted by the fact that they gave permission for them to stay that night. God bless all of the victims. Thank you for this very interesting story, Jordan.

I live about 75 miles from Villisca (Des Moines area) and last summer I visited the house for the first time. I am so fascinated by this story. I'm so sorry that you couldn't get in! Try again in the summer, if you can find time to get back to Iowa. Thank you for this video and thank you for all the great information! I did not see or hear anything strange, but the camera on my phone was working fine when I walked in and then after I took a lot of pictures, I noticed that my screensaver background was now burned into the screen and every picture I took thereafter until I replaced it months later. Never had that happen before. Weird!

How about the Mirror at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood? It is downstairs in the hall and some employees claimed to have seen a reflection of Marilyn Monroe in that mirror-also supposed to be some haunted rooms there as well. I visited there and the only reflection I have seen in that mirror was ME =now there is something scarrey-

We moved in our house, that I now own in 1987 (along with the lot next to it). It was built in 1913. The old lady that was born in the house right behind ours in the 1930's, said that an old woman died in our house in the 1940's and a young boy died here a few years later. I believe their spirits are still here. We can't see them and they don't do anything spooky, but one of our cats appears to watch something we can't see float across the room. The other cat freaks out and runs off and hides.
@stormshear37222 жыл бұрын
My son and I spent the night in the house this past July. Needless to say, the experience was very unsettling and at the same time, very exhilarating. As we sat in the downstairs parlor earlier into the following morning, we heard dragging footsteps upstairs which trailed across the ceiling. We also caught orb activity in the parlor. It was an amazing experience, a place I will definitely revisit. If you're in to the paranormal, check it out. Despite it's gruesome history, the house is actually a very pleasant place, and our overall experience was a positive one.
