I was doing this before nerfs to Berbers hit earlier this year. I used to ship 10 vills 3-4 times back to back as soon as I reached age IV. Also you can switch university to XP to get shipments faster. It is worth more than extra influence in early age IV imo. With good eco I used to upgrade Lifidi to champion level and I shipped the upgrade card in Age IV - Durbar Parade - it gives them movement speed and aoe attack. They are beasts at that point, almost like Sipahi, they roll over anything.

So since this deck is focused on industrial I have no cards for buffing fulani or jav. I just go all in on akan and griot upgrades essentially. You can also go Maigadi since they also shadow tech and cost influence. Otherwise just pack the deck with industrial shipments

Nice guide, actually it works, i ve tested it already😃...but what about late game tactics for Hausa... when its not possible to rush the opponent and you have to play on a "field" eco, like i have no idea what strats to use, and is it worth aging up with brits?! i see only one good option with "infinite camel salt mine" + berbers + silversmith and whole other fields on food... like.. fields on the late game have so poor impact on eco and are easy destroable by raids... give us some tips on age 5 tactics please...are you focused on just Hausa fraction or there will be some guides on Ethiopia?

It really relies on cards to buff their food. Hopefully you won't have to farm gold and will have cattle for that as Hausa.

I would suggest dropping the berbers and going morrocan instead, so that once you hit age 3 or 4, sending influence lets you research mecantalism giving you 3 shipments for one in age 4

Well not going berbers gives up so much tempo since the nomads help you gather all the age up food. Also mecantalism for hausa isnt nearly as good value since it costs 1500inf. Because of that you need to send and gather your best shipment aka the 1600inf just to send mecantalism and then send the actuall shipments. In my experience it is just to slow and you give your opponent to much time!

@@3DJakob-hx1hp usually you are able to generate the additional 500 influence before hitting age 4 and thus shipping 1000 in transition would be enough. I can’t speak to the berbers part directly however it’s because it costs influence that it doesn’t conflict with either ageup nor production. I believe that the highest value fast industrial, is one that can generate full value immediately, which mercantilism allows you to.
