My friend's dad has cancer , he just had a blood transfusion yesterday.I don't want to say he's dying of cancer , but rather, he is fighting the cancer. I would love for him to walk my friend down the aisle to a happy , safe partnership, for him to hold his grandchildren, smile with his wife in the evenings. I cannot say, it shall be well, Marcel Proust best, "it would have been enough to think that we are human, and that death may come this evening...". I hope I can come back to this comment and say that he got more time with his family.
