Most clients don't let us eat or drink on the job they say it's dangerous . so now I just stop working and go sit in the truck every 20 to 30 minutes for a bite to eat and some water 😂

Beefy Delight is an old Diner/Coffee Shop sandwich. Sliced beef, tomatoes and chedar cheese grilled (fried) between slices of buttered white or soughdough bread. Best grilled cheese sammys ever. Its usually served with fries. I'm thinking stuffed Jalapeno boats instead.
