This was so cozy! That dip sounds SO good. Word of caution about A Novel Love Story: while I personally loved it, I know a lot of people had issues with the romance -which I totally get. But I enjoyed that it was kind of more like a "falling in love with your life again" rather than complete romance.

I love Abby Jimenez and while it's not my favorite book (I still gave it 5 stars) by her, I really enjoyed it. I think only a few people would understand Emma and I did in some aspects. The feeling small was too real and hit home. I was Team Justin though since he was so sweet and I loved his family. And Emma was definitely being mean at some points.

I was so happy to hear Abby came out with another romance. Part of your world is my everything, Truely yours was good, and I was so excited for the new one. I finished 2 really heavy books, talking about abuse, and toxic parents and society (one was autobiography..) and I really craved a happy go lucky romance. Well. You already know what happened. I avoid reading descriptions whenever I can, and I went into Just For the Summer blindly. And my god, it ruined me and my mood to read anything else, and I was just so angry at the book I rated it low. Unfortunately, I couldn't see past the toxicity.. One day I will get back to it, but for now it is a big disappointment😢
