I My wife and I just came back from Cozumel, MX. we took a 5 day cruise and stayed an extra 2 days in New Orleans. When we got back home our fish actually grew larger. The tank was pristine and the water parameters are as if I just did a water change. It was mind blowing.

Good advice! Fish aren’t like mammals they can go without food for a good amount of time. A week for sure. I do put auto fish feeder on African cichlids tank. They get aggressive when they are hungry

Great info, couldn’t agree more. I think most people are worried about fish starving, we should remember fish won’t starve to death in just a few days.
