You have to get the valtra remapped! Makes an absolute amazing difference to it due to the top speed. Leaves them easier on fuel as well.

iPhone user here, for my sins. 90% today...... I'm flying in to the UK on Saturday, going right up to the English/Scottish borders to see family for a few days, then off into the Cheviots and the Highlands for as many days/nights as poss hiking and wild camping, can't wait. No phone signal, no work calls, no people, well, not many, and re-charge the batteries time. Bliss. Lovely bit of kit that new Valtra, looks like it'll be a superstar in the fields. ATB

Should be very interesting to see how the valtra performs for you. In the long run I’d imagine it’ll be a lot more reliable than the fastrac. You should definitely go to the Irish ploughing championships. A massive variety of everything you could imagine. Plenty of machinery and other types of stalls. Think it’s the biggest outdoor machinery event in Europe.

It gets much above 90 degrees F and our beans won't set fruit. Above 95 degrees and they stop producing pollen as much until the temperatures go back down. I've found excessive heat to be really detrimental to my pollination rates for everything.

The beans down here got harvested with a new Holland combine and the reel had to be all the way up it was about 4ft tall we have got a 150 acres next year and the year after that we are looking at 300 acres to do

The gearbox on the n174 I used was terrible when changing gear… was like stopping still before picking off again, have they sorted it? The one I used was a 20 plate so still new but felt like taking forever. Cracking tractor apart from that and for being a small chassis 4 cylinder machine it could pull a house down👍🏼

Team samsung here and the cheaper ones too, around the 200euro mark. Before an A40, 3.5yrs old had it fall on concrete so screen is cracked furthermore still works. Now an a14.. i find iphones a bit pricy 😅 and im a cheapskate who doesnt want a phone thats more expensive than his car i guess 😂

I wouldn't wash the combine off, just blow it off and use a mix of engine oil and diesel and spray the tin work, coz if you wash it now the damp will stay in the combine and bearings.

Think the valtra fits in very well for you, plus its got every gadget going inside. Those injectors have been blowing for a while by the looks . The fastrac will always loose out on the “grip” stakes to a conventional tractor because they run on sprung axles !! I phone all the way, going to pre order my new iPhone 15 on Saturday,,, 90% 😀
