Though I believe in the Lord and that Christ died so our sins could be forgiven, I still feel separated from him😢 I pray and talk to him everyday but I don’t get a response! What can I do?

​@cindymoore695 i've seen Father Mike address that in other videos, but I can't remember exactly what he said. I do remember him saying that you will not get a response all the time. I would suggest going to Confession, attending Mass, receive the Body & Blood of Christ at Mass, pray daily, and continue to follow his teachings, all the while being vigilant of how things turn out because God works in mysterious ways and your answer may come by seeing the outcome of things. There will be tough times. Jesus did not say He would solve them for you, but he did say He would stay with you through them.

@ That is very true he did and he has carried me many times. I just don’t feel worthy at times and seeing all the horrible things that happen to children and babies just makes me so sick and angry! Thank you for your response🙏

I'm Sick. That's my Vocation. I chose to live according to the Single State in the Church. I love making a Holy Hour everyday at 3pm with an audio daily Rosary and a daily Mass audio with Spiritual Communion. I have a special Protector named Fr. Mike who remembers me at his Altar. I hope I'm in the State of Grace. I received the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick this month. As well as I can possibly be at 59 years. May God permit me to be well enough to go to Adoration every day at 3pm for an hour. I love God and Jesus and Mary and the Saints. I love the Church and the Pope and the Holy Spirit. I believe in the God of Mercy. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Every so often I bring procrastination to my confession. Is my weakness and I'm working so so hard to be better about that. My problem is that there were many years of my life that I was completely the opposite. Always doing and always on the run, for others, for my studies, for my work and had a break down. So I have a hard time balancing.

Poignant…..especially today. Shed many tears yesterday (personal anguish). Prayed last night for some relief. Listened. This morn, I felt the “it’s time to do ____” (a physical gardening task). Followed the direction. My mind was CLEAR as I was focused on the task at hand. Got something done (yay), fresh air, physical energy and…..what?….NO ANGUISH. Praise God!🙏🏻. It was a small thing for me to do. The Lord answered my prayer. You are right, Fr Mike. I followed His direction today and rec’d the relief I requested -> peace of mind. And…the bonus of relief from ongoing physical pain. I’m learning to LISTEN.

I showed up to give my condolences to a man who abused me for 20 years that lost his dad. I brought newspaper with the date to show what was going on in the world day. My ex father in-law loved the paper and remember his good details. I showed up and in the end the same man again put another knife in my back 😢 hypothetical. SO PLEASE PRAY FOR ALL EVIL AGAINST ME STOPS. Im exhausted

Added you to my intentions during a rosary 🙏 Now, we need to talk about protection against evil. Truth is: the closer we are to God, the more protected we are too. He has left many tools that we can use as armour. 1) Confession 1x per month or sooner if you fall to mortal sin before 30 days go by since your last confession 2) 1 Rosary per day (not all 15-20 mysteries, start off with 5). 3) Go to mass daily or whenever possible (taking your state of life into consideration, ofc) to receive the Eucharist 4) Read Holy Scripture (Bible) everyday 5) I also recommend devotion to Our Lady, St. Joseph, St. Michael, St. Benedict (Crux Sacra is a great prayer against evil) and saints that have suffered through similar like Blessed Laura Vicuña and St. Maria Goretti. Anyways, talk to your priest about protecting yourself against evil. It'd be great to carry sacramentals too. Holy water, scapular, etc. God bless you, dear 💕
