I have heard it said that 'happiness is a choice' decades ago. At 72 years old I have struggled with that definition with out a clear answer. It was a preacher who had preached that. You seem to be proof that maybe it is the right answer ? Depression and giving up only assures your failure. So it must be the discission for each of us to make. Dependance may not be a necessary thing ? Overcoming adversity is the lesson and will strengthen you even more.

I am russian too. And I had depression first two weeks. Me and my wife used sedatives at the beginning, cause we could not overcome all that. Now it's better. All this effected my business vastly too. Your business is ruining, yes, but worse that you even can't complain, cause you know that somewhere people and children are dying due to your country madness.

Never give up Anastasie. I started my first business when I was 10 years old. I used to ride my bicycle to the dump and pick up old bike parts and take them home. When I had enough parts I would clean and paint them, put on new parts, and then sell them through a second hand store. I didn't make a lot of money but enough for a 10 year old. I am now 63 and semi-retired after many years in my own business in the building trades. You can do it, just takes time for people to get to know who you are and what you do. You have a good and friendly personality which helps a lot. You WILL make it. You have a product that people need. Your presence on You Tube helps. This current situation is bad for all of us. I hope it is over as soon as possible.😊😘😘

Opening business in EU or US is not as easy as there 😁 I wanted to start something small related with cooking as it is my hobby and believie me if I would have my own place or at least cheaper rent to start I would do that but prices right now are just redicilus and all this paper work is just stupid... 😥

@@Celestin123 Yeah, it just got harder this year. You used to be able to offset 20k dollars of income as business expense. This year they took that away and if you take more that 600 dollars as payment, they will send you a 1099 form and make you pay taxes. But a lot of people starting out have costs so they will be taxed inappropriately... Maybe you can cook doughnuts and collect cash, so the government won't send you a bill.....

I have been watching her videos long before the war in Ukraine. Also she is not the only Russian whose KZbin videos I watch. There at least 10 other KZbinrs from Russia, Ukraine and other Eastern European countries that I watch online. I'm doing this because I was planning to visit Eastern European in the future. I wanted to know what life is like for the average people in these countries. Western Europe is the most common choice for most Americans so I wanted to visit places that aren't saturated by American tourists. Also many of us appreciate her entrepreneur spirit to better herself. I have been supporting many KZbinrs for years and have met a few of them in the US. Your ability to see the worst in the good that people does say a lot more about you as a person than the people you criticize. You are at best petty and at worst a miserable loser who has nothing better to do with your life. I suggest you find something better to do with your life so you can be productive rather than discouraging people to help others.

Nice update. Glad to hear you're keeping a strong positive spirit despite the bad things going on. It is inspiring to me as I also am an entrepreneur. Here in the states everyone is upset about rising prices for food and gas and a possible recession ahead. Anastasia has escaped the populated regions to live far from the sounds of war and away from the city but she is still a Russian zombie. All Russian men have been castrated by a 1.5m little monster in the Kremlin (all but men like Navalny, Nemtzov and others - who now enjoy the 'peace of the dungeon..and the grave!). These castrated men are now merely 'damsels in distress', cowering before Fredie Kruger and his little monsters, cowering in neighboring countries bullied by Russia for a hundred years, cowering now in trenches in Ukraine - more afraid of the Real Enemy than of Ukrainian soldiers! It's almost impossible to grow a international business from Russia. Corruption, incompetence, unreliable supply chain and low quality in Russia is a nightmare. For example several attempts at launching a international Russian car company has failed.

I was self employed for many years with several different businesses. I too had to change direction periodically- after the crash if 2008, for example.
