Ingredients:
Dough:
170g (6oz) butter
4 egg yolks
50g (¼ cup) sugar
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons 30% sour cream
400g (3⅓ cups) all-purpose flour
16g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) baking powder
Filling:
150g (1½ cups) ground almonds
150g (1 cup) ground hazelnuts
100g (¾ cup) powdered sugar
4 egg whites
100g (½ cup) sugar
500g (1 lb 1¾ oz) low fat cottage cheese
3 tablespoons wheat semolina
Bake: 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes on top/bottom heat
Baking pan: 30 cm x 23 cm diameter
