Curly Potato
1 medium potato 180 grams
150 grams of all-purpose flour
180-200 ml of water (pour gradually)
1 tsp Broth powder or 1/2 tsp MSG
1/2 - 2/3 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda

*At the beginning of frying use a high temperature of 180-190°C so that the flour becomes curly, then reduce the heat and fry slowly for 3-5 minutes so that the potatoes are really cooked and perfectly soft.
* After the flouring process should be immediately fried so that the results are crispy.
* for repeated frying, you can let the oil sit for a while and separate the flour that settles under the oil, so the oil becomes clean again and is ready for the next potato fry.
