Have you ever eaten eggs like this? it tastes crispy like fried chicken | street food recipes

Hello everyone, this time I made a quick and easy simple meal and snack.
Cheap street food which has been trending since years ago in my country, it is very much liked because of its crunchy texture like the famous fried chicken. In addition to eggs, we usually use bananas, tofu, tempeh or chicken.

Crispy Eggs
2 large eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Broth powder.
250 grams of all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp broth powder
Enough water
Important tips
*To get crispy results, you shouldn't have to wait for all the eggs to be coated with flour, but fried immediately after one egg is coated in flour.
* So heat the oil before the flouring process.

This turned out good. Its great for one person. Being single its an easy and perfect meal. I put a bit of sautéed onion and peppers in the eggs . So many ideas and dipping sauce choices go great with this... 😁👍 Thank You!

Years ago My Great Aunt made me a lunch while I was over taking care of bushes and hedges at her place... She made 5 pancakes about 8" in diameter and fried up 4 pairs of eggs sunny but not runny... on a big plate went a pancake, pad of butter,2 eggs, pancake, pad of butter, 2 eggs until the complete stack was done... I was a fairly healthy late teen at the time at 6' 3" @ 235 with veins all over like road maps, so I had no problem hammering the pile... She said it was an old German dish, and we have major German on both sides 4 generations (the furthest we can find).... I have to say that it was very good and I didn't eat supper that night, so a meal like that definitely does some serious stickin to the ribs... I'm now 68 years old, 1" shorter, and 10 pounds heavier... and the upper body I used to have has shifted to my belly.... and I now proudly sport an 18 pack... and I eat way less...

I made this, and served it with rice and tomato and onion salad. It was so good, that crunch made everyone think they were eating Kentucky fried chicken. Thank you so much for such an excellent dish. The next time will serve it with fried potatoe chips.👌

Interesting recipe. I wonder if a small slice of cheese placed between two of these triangles before the first coating, wouldn't work.🤔...or some sliced ham? Also, adding some finely sliced spring onions incorporated in the beated eggs...🤔

Reminds of the onion puffs my sister used to make. Look similar. Make a thick batter, add plenty of grated cheese and diced onion, then drop large spoonsful into a deep oil at high temp. Remove when golden brown. Great with salad and mayonnaise.

@@25Goner Well…..It’s a lot of work for little return. And it’s messy. And it doesn’t taste like fried chicken! It does have a nice crunch though. But I’m pretty confident I won’t be making this again…..although I may try adding cooked spinach, cooked peppers and cooked bacon broken up to the egg mixture before cooking the egg. It’s a bit bland if you just follow the recipe. But it’s still too much work for what you end up with - but that’s just my opinion - someone else might not think so. Oh - it took so long to make I missed my morning weekend TV shows. 🙃

Man that looks good. I just saw a video just about this in Thailand but they made the batter mix and mixed it all together like an pancake or a large Omelette. It’s just a thin Crepes batter and a scrambled egg. But you can also add shrimp or veggies, or whatever. Can’t wait to try it. Thanks for the video
