COSMO'S FACTORY/FOGERTY'S FACTORY
This song is very special to me because it reminds me of my baby girl Kelsy. She is a rainbow in my life & this song has a rainbow in it. Fogerty Factory performs “Have You Ever Seen the Rain,” which was featured on on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. 🌈🌦 #fogertysfactory
While self-quarantining together the Fogerty Family recreated the cover of Cosmo’s Factory transforming it to Fogerty’s Factory. The family have also taken to their home studio during this isolation to create some music together, The Family Band.
“Bringing a little light from our home to yours. We are having a little family fun together during the pandemic. It's such a great feeling to be making and playin' music surrounded by love. We all need to celebrate the life we have and remember how precious it is. I love music, I am listening every day. Makes everything feel better for me. Put the records on, pull out the old guitar, turn the radio up.. and dance to the music!” - John Fogerty

While the Quarantine continues the Fogerty Family - Shane and Tyler (Hearty Har) and Kelsy - will be joining their Dad for some musical fun covering songs from the classic Fogerty collection.
Another Fogerty, Bob Fogerty who took the original album cover, came in to shoot the re-make. Released in 1970 Cosmo's Factory turns 50 in July and Fogerty's 50 Year Trip continues!

Can you imagine this John? 1972... 5 friends, 16, 17 years old, in the corner...poor neighborhood, nobody speak english in that crew, Guatemala city...listening you and trying to understand what you talking about in your wonderful songs!! Now I'm here living in the Bay Area but far, faraway from those friends and feeling inside of my heart that you was there with us, that you just was another good friend there...thanks for everything John!!!

Three things got me through lockdowns. 1)hanging out at home with my family. 2)broadcasts like this from John and family. 3)the fact that I was a furloughed frontline worker, who could be called back to work at any time, at short notice, (but never was) a worker who, through necessity, carried a letter from his work, saying that at any time, I could be required anywhere within a 30 square mile area, therefore giving me unlimited opportunity to BE anywhere I wanted, and do everything I loved. I shopped for provisions, then went hiking, camped in remote spots in my home county, soaked up the 3 months of baking hot sunshine, drank beer by the river, spoke to others who, like me, were out getting R&R. I just had a blast!!! I've rarely enjoyed anything like I did "lockdown!"

So this John’s family , what a great way to mix music and family. How lucky to be related to such a star who’s music is untouched and iconic anywhere on the planet.John could play a set to anyone in the western world and be instantly recognisable. First saw him when I was a child on black and white TV , dressed in white (with stetson) performing Sweet Hitchhiker. Been hooked ever since and I play a lot of his stuff at open mics and it always goes down well. Thank you John Fogarty for your life in music ! 🇦🇺Scott

I was looking out my back door and remember seeing John Fogerty saying Hey tonight - would be a great time to be down on the corner singing about proud Mary - in London Ontario Canada on Sept 13 2012 And it was like going up around the bend in green river , ya know, so, am so glad I got to see Susie Q too , I said listen, you are a very fortunate son, to be able to miss the bad moon a rising, because I heard it through the grapevine, that covid19 could put a spell on you But then found out that there is only one ,,,yes only ONE who can save you --- not just through this crazy insane virus , but who will save you for eternity = JESUS CHRIST You are either for Him and with Him or you are against Him,,,,,remember that ! ! ! ! !
