Have you heard about hydrogen sulphide SIBO? SIBO is small intestinal bacterial overgrowth and LIBO is lower intestinal bacterial overgrowth. Both of these can contribute to histamine intolerance.
There are actually 3 different types of SIBO, so it's important to get professional testing if you think this may be an issue for you.
