I fell into this after I have been researching for the last couple of days. My migraines are out of control and my sinuses are waking me up at 3:00 every morning. I itch continues all the time. Hives, temperature problems. And you just so happen to have the perfect name. I have only seen one other person who spelled Luanne like this. In mine case it is extreme swelling all over my body, puffy face, eyelids...actually everything to the level when every single cell in my body hurts!!! my diet was based on aged meat, cheeses, sea food, coffee, avocado, tomatoes, left overs from preparing meals for the whole week. I had no other symptoms just EXSTREEM SWELLING. about a week ago i started limiting from my diet all histamine triggers and after only 3 days my body was free in pain and swelling is coming down.

I heard aggressive behavior is a sign of histamine intolerance. I took a probiotic pill once and it made me absolutely psychotic and violent, it literally scared the crap out of me as this is not at ALL like me. I will NEVER take a probiotic supplement again. Is this a sure sign of histamine intolerance?

I am afraid of food now . I avoid most things and the thought of reintroducing them is not an option as it means I am very ill with palpitations atrial fibrillation and high heart rate dizzy weak confused for three days. I won’t do that to myself. I am fine and healthy as long as I don’t eat many types of food. My doctors response was to say the heart is not connected to your stomach and put me on blood thinners beta blockers and blood pressure meds . Help. In waiting list for immunologist in Ireland that’s about!a 24 month wait

@@luannehopkinsonI’ve been suffering with my symptoms for years now been sick ever since I was abruptly taken off clonazepam in 2017 and nothing has been right since I live with severe intermittent abdominal pain that nobody has been able to help me with . Im very upset and frustrated . And been dealing with really bad anxiety and reoccurring vaginal yeast infections for years even before that . So I think I’ve been dealing with it for a long time but now I have severe pain and all these food intolerances plus chemical sensitivities .
