I had the same issue. You can recover your account via online chat/text. You will have to verify a lot of your information. There were 225 people in front of me, took about 10 minutes for someone to help me. Name, PSN name, and email. Then they will ask a bunch of questions: What City and State was the account created in? First 4 and last 4 of payment card link Ed to account? Can you verify 2 purchases and conformation numbers on account (I looked at my email to get this) Then they turned 2SV off. Hope this helps 👍🏼

@@ICEElove1213 yes. Just try to first reset your password but if you don't have the phone number associated with it and 2 step authorization it won't work. I found the old phone. I found another way to log in by using the PlayStation button. When at the main screen hold it down. You'll get a option to sign in from there. If it says you are locked out you may need to wait 24 hours

HI i have a ps4 slim which haven't played on for a few months today i turned it on to play some online games and it's asking me to sign back in to my PSN after putting the email and password it's shows that an otp has sent to the registered phone number NOW THIS IS THE REAL PROBLEM I DOMT USE THE NUMBER ANYMORE SO I DONT KNOW WHAT IS THE OTP Please help

Go to the support page then click on ACCOUNT AND SECURITY then there should be 5 tabs click on ACCOUNT ACTIVATION AND DEACTIVATION after scroll down the tab to LIVE CHAT NOW it won’t send you to a bot it asks you for your info then to a live chat with a person . Your welcome

My problem is that when i was like 8 years old i changed my ps name to something rlly cringe and then it said i need to login into ps network. So i did that. But then from no where it said 2 step verification code i needed to put it in so yea my brother created that acc for me but no one has that email anymore so thats why i cant get the code and thats how i lost my acc in 2019 or 2020 and today it is 2023 and i never gave up bc i have a new acc but like i had alot BUT ALOT of stuff on my old acc i wish there was a way to fix this man...
