I’ve been trying to understand for 10 years. I just don’t get it. A few peak experiences and I felt like I got it but then it disappeared. There was pure bliss, love and compassion only to be replaced by depression, hopelessness, pointlessness, insanity even, and futility. 5 years of dark night. Sigh 😔
