These things are good and profitable unto men". Ephesians 2:8,9 "For by grace you are saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God: NOT of works, lest any man boast"

@getrit3007 Works are NOT for salvation !!! Jesus said he calls those who are saved and believe in him to do good works: loving, helping, serving, ministering, and witnessing to others for His Glory! The fact that he saved us through his grace and mercy, will motivate us to be useful, and be a blessing. We are his hands and feet. He didn't call us to sit around and do nothing.. What would be accomplished through that ?!? God bless us all, and lets get cracking... : ) 🙏🏻 ❤

@3n1We are to be doers of the Word according to the commands of Jesus, James 1:22. Our Faith brings on good works, perfecting our faith, but good works do not bring faith or salvation: James 2:22 Our works are as filthy rags. We are saved by our faith through the grace of God. You need to read the whole book of James instead of cherry picking scripture

I love this teaching. I often fall into depression and my countenance is often low. I just don't know what to do on my own, but what I do know is that Jesus is the only life raft I have to keep afloat and He is enough. He has given me comfort, He has given me a hope and a purpose. He gives provision for my need and He does the same for all those who are in Him.

I’m surrounded by so many nominal Christians. It’s sad. What’s worse is they hate being around Christians who are truly walking with God because they’re convicted in their sin, only they don’t see it that way. It’s pitiful that most pastors today are allergic to this type of message. Love you Pastor Jack and so thankful for your ministry and faithfulness to teaching the true unadulterated word of God. Taliyah... I agree with you that there are so many people who call themselves Christians but only want fluff and stuff conversations they call it 'being positive". The worst part is I even have family that are nominal in their lifestyle "so-called Christian" actions and behaviors. I am always fired up to talk about Jesus every chance I get. But unfortunately these types of people would rather stick a pen in your balloon to deflate you so they're not convicted,...like you said. Pray for me sister that the Lord would give me an extra measure of boldness thru the Holy Spirit so that I only speak when he speaks through me and that I can make a difference in these people's lives in order to glorify God while the conviction of the Holy Spirit is working in these people's hearts and minds. Praise be to the Trinity of our true and living God. Thank You God, thank You Jesus Christ, thank You Holy Spirit.

I just noticed on CBN news that converts to Christ are now going to Ireland as missionaries from Africa, Rumania and other countries. What goes around comes around. “Don’t ask for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.” I hope some of those immigrants from countries like those of Central America, countries absolutely overwhelmed with the gospel shared by humble missionaries, mainly conservative reform Christians, will pay them back by paying the gospel forward.

I so needed to hear this today. I live in serious chronic pain. I don't know why I've not been healed but Paul wasn't either and he died for the faith. I feel terrible guilt when I take a pill to get just a small break. It's been like this after so many surgeries in which one was to "repair this base of my skull/ top of my neck and it disables me and has totally since I had a failed double fusion in my neck in 2008. Prior to that, I had to work because I'm self employed and I have 5 sons and the wife of my youth. I HAD to take care of my now adult sons. After a year of being in a chair in a hard collar, "Uncle Arthritis" set in this once athletic body. I heard you said, "You won't be sinless but you will SIN-LESS!" I can't tell you how many times I've said that since I was saved in 1985, but really understood what it was about in the early nineties. I'm 58 and it seems things are just breaking down. My body is loaded with arthritis from installing floors, 5 knee surgeries of which one needs a replacement, likely a triple fusion at L1, L2, and L3, a hernia surgery and just so many more. I kept trying to work but severe pain makes it hard to focus. I've prayed and I believe there's a reason I've not been healed. God only knows and I'm okay with that. I just don't want to take ridiculous amounts of OTC painkillers a day. 12 to 15 just to take the edge off. I know our God, Yahweh is the Great Physician. Am I in sin to take prescription medications? I'll not be the way I was but I want my grandchildren [9 of which 3 were adopted fosters as 1 of mine we raised when his mom died and then my brother did] to see me not missing family events and enjoying them as much as I can while I can. They are being raised to follow Christ too. I just want to feel less pain so people want to hear about the salvation I have. This seems like the most important message for the world to hear now and I am failing our Lord and Savior miserably now. I remember getting calls from people that called to hank me 15 years after the fact telling me they were saved. It had been so long since they had worked for me and I had physically been through so much, I didn't even remember their name yet they were told by the bible study they attended that, "I'm sure this person who shared the gospel with you would love to hear that you accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior." They were so right. I want to share the gospel more than I do now again. I rarely don't have tracts on me. If I'm not up to a conversation, I'll leave them somewhere they'll be found if I'm able to get out that day. I also hand them out when I do have a small window and feel up to leaving the house. I praise God in the name of Jesus for my bride and all of my sons but 4 of my 5 sons are running two of our small stores that my wife and I started with no business background all the way back in 1990. Literally on a wing and a prayer. But I need a break. The ultimate break would be the rapture. I always concerned about "The Spirit of Pharmakhea." I say that while taking Excedrins like after dinner mints. No Pastor will come out and tell me, even when I ask point blank, "If you're in chronic daily pain, God won't hold that against you." So am I circumventing God's will for my life or am I seeing "Dr. Luke so to speak?" I caught you once on Jan Markell's podcast and subscribed. I get worse headaches when I read so when you go line by line, it's a massive help to me. I can't tell you how your approach resonates with me. Same for Billy Crone and many others you would know. Thank You. May God Bless You Pastor, Mark

If I repent it's only because of His kindness that motivates me, I can't even do that on my own. If I sin it's no longer I that sins but sin that dwells in me. It's called a thorn in our side, this flesh that like Paul has nothing good and it utterly reliant on His grace. My weaknesses are worthy of rejoicing because His strength is perfected. Unless I'm totally reliant on God grace I'm not reliant at all. The flesh always adds to the cross because it doesn't want to die it wants to take credit for what Christ did on the cross. Tetelestia, it is finished past present and future.
