to anonymous at the end: I'm also a bi woman in my late 20's who didn't come out to my husband until after we were married. obviously you gotta do what's right for you, but coming out was one of the best things I did for myself and I totally made it a bigger deal in my head than it actually was (meaning, I was worried about my partner's reaction but it turned out totally fine, not that YOU are making it a bigger deal than it is, I hope that makes sense). being queer isn't just who we date or who we are attracted to, it's in every fiber of our being. the music we listen to, the art we consume/create, the communities we surround ourselves with, etc. your queerness is relevant even if you're happily married! I hope you're able to be your authentic self around your loved ones if that's what you choose to do (and I will say I'm not out to my mother because that is not her business lol)

I did 75 soft at the beginning of the year and it was life changing, I think that habit that stuck with me the most, besides working out, it’s reading!! I’ve read 14 books so far (I hadn’t read more than 1 book in YEARS)

Maybe a hot take for April!! if your friends are not reaching out, they are giving you less than you are putting in. The fact that they can make plans without you means they can make plans, but that they don't think to include you - it is time for a hard conversation. Friends who are going through hard stuff, are the ones you reach out to... I'll leave it there.

Love the sound of the new microphone. I have a question for a future podcast. How do people feel about this? I was invited to a bridal shower. Went on the registry bought a nice gift. I went to the shower and was NOT invited to the wedding. I was a little pissed off. I’m good enough for a gift but, not good enough to watch you get married. I mean is this a thing these days?
