Having worked as a Neuro and Ortho RN I really appreciate your videos. They are educational without being boring. Am going through the hoops for bariatric surgery. Wasn't by choice, but necessary for other surgeries. Wasn't going to have, because postop fear, which would have complicated, if able to perform, other surgeries. Watching your videos have calmed my fears. Love how your pain management is very similar to mine. Remember rest is essential to healing, which is also hard for me.❤ Please continue your videos. Continue to heal and enjoy your new possibilities. 😊

Praise God that you made through two surgeries. I understand people may not see all surgeries than same. But to me any surgery is serious. And what's with these doctors and the rude comments they've given you? 🤔💕 Telling someone they're going to die because they can't take antibiotics. Really?! Goodness. The nerve of some people.

I had gastric bypass rny in 1998. I’ve taken a lot of advil, ibuprofen, aleve through the years with no issues. Interesting.

Check with a Cardiologist. mine says baby aspirin is now not a good preventive med. they do not recommend it. I’m on a blood thinner for life as a preventive.

Just in the last few days I have found out I am in need of two surgeries. Nothing is booked yet. I am stressed and anxious about this whole process. One of them is also a hysterectomy. Thank you for this video, and giving me an idea of what I can expect.

I HAD RIGHT HIP REPLACEMENT 2.5 YRS. AGO. IT WAS AWFUL I SHOULD HAVE STAYED IN THE HOSPITAL A FEW DAYS. IT HURT AND WAS MISSERABLE. I HAD A HYSTERECTOMY YEARS AGO AND RIGHT KNEE REPLACEMENT AND REVISION FROM INFECTION `1 MONTH LATER. YOU ARE A BRAVE SOLE. I HAVW A LOT OF ANTIBIOTIC ALLERGIES ALSO.

Anything you can share about constipation is helpful. I NEVER had it prior to surgery and really struggle now, even though I get my fluids in.

Im waiting for mu bariatric surgery, I also have my uterus removed in 2018, I also sufer from osteoarthritis like you and soon or later i will need knee replacement...
