Try searching about clash of lords (a more rpg copy of coc) guilt (clan) hall, it has a robot hero defender similar to the other heroes like the copies of the coc heroes, it has to be upgraded by the guilt members with resources

My concept would be that it’s sort of like a clan hub, and that It could be decided what if would focus on that helps the clan. Like for example, if everybody in the clan wants to focus on getting more resources, the clan village can have an option to make that the focus, where it decreases defense and troop levels, but boosts production of resources that can then be distributed to the rest of the clan. Maybe it could be the same for troops? A setting where troops are the main focus and high level troops and especially sieges can be donated easier to people in the clan. Idk there are just so many good ideas with the concept.

And you can also donate some resources into some sort of “Que” so when that Que is filled up it starts upgrading the queued building. And in clan wars, it’s the same but at the top of the page are both clan villages

For the clan base, they can add a taxing system which you can choose how much you want the clan you’re in to tax 0% to whatever percent of the loot you earn in multiplayer battles and that taxed loot goes towards the clan base. Seems pretty good and fair to me

If it was at the end of the season and the overall loot collected from every person who battled would then be equally distributed back at the end of the month or season. It wasnt turned into spell towers, in the townhall 16 update they added a special feature where you can merge buildings to give it a special effect like multi shot or ricochet

for the clan village, the leader would give tasks, and assign Co-leaders, and elders certain permissions, as well as Co's could give elders some... if the leader is inactive for too long, off of a vote, a new Co leader in the clan will be elected to run the village in place of the leader... the attacks will be called siege's and in order to do them more than like 2 people would have to join the siege, im not sure how the attacking would be incorporated but yeah... also people with certain perms will be able to do special attacks called "loot runs" allowing some way to obtain loot for the village, where people with the right perms could use to upgrade and do other things on the village, the base could also have challenges, allowing TEAM points where this is a league system for the village allowing members to compete for rewards

Honestly, I think the ability to make a clone decoy of a building could be a really interesting way to counter strategies like lighting + edrag spam. Effectively adding an extra building, and could open up ways to make players guess about which is real and rethink basic strategies like lightning spam.

I already had the idea of something like the general, and i think this way it would work: I‘d make it to be the 5th hero (supposably at th15) and his ability would be that you can target him once so he fights his way trough to that target. Maybe he also has a few troops that spawn with him and do the same but that might be too op.

Love the idea of alliance chat. I Also feel like a clan village would be awesome too. You can only participate at townhall 7. And every member participating gets a clan gold mine, a defensive building, and a certain amount of walls. Each member controls how they level up there buildings. The clan leader controls design and can pass that ability onto other players or can let players control their own building placement. When a member of the clan leaves their buildings are passed onto the longest serving member who isn't participating until the leader chooses a new care taker of those buildings.

Maybe you could only have one general in your army composition, and it changes one troops or type of troops targeting option? For example, making balloons target resources instead, or making e drags target defenses, but it can only be used once?

For the Clan Village. i think they should add mines for gems, gold etc, that everyone collects as their own, but takes nothing away from another, basically if the mine made 5600 gold, you collect it and get 5600 gold, another clanmate collects it and gets 5600 gold aswell, so everyone gets their own gold or gems.

A cool idea on how clan bases might be is every clan member gets a builder and they can spend that builder on anything but they can also "suggest" clan base layouts and if they get enough votes they become the new layout, maybe 3 leader votes, 2 co-leader votes, ect

I think the defensive effects at certain shot numbers is a sick idea, mostly because at higher level town halls it would take obsolete defenses like the Mortar and the bomb tower to actually be useful defensively, at th11 the mortar has become a useless defense. It doesn’t do much damage and fires slow. I forgot mortars were even in the game until I needed to upgrade them to get to the next town hall lol. I feel like that idea used only on weak obsolete defenses like that could really bring those defenses back to life and make them useful in the game again

I actually thought of the possible features for "Dark Xbow" the normal Xbow functions like a normal crossbow and then what if the Dark Xbow shot an explosive kind of arrow but as a downside to this, the shots take a 1,5 second delay after each hit and is unable to attack air troops

uk similar to clans, they could add resource collection system, wherein every week or so a group of x number of player (who know each other well enough) can put resource in, and save it from attacks, limited amount of resource obviously, but then they could hold on to it and allow any member of the team to collect it based on needs from permission from the other members, this should me limited to 3 or 4 accounts each to avoid it being extra OP, i mean it is a cool idea, but ig it depends on how it is implemented, this could not only help people upgrade their bases, but also help maxed out bases, who don't wanna upgrade to the next town hall, to save some resources and put it to better use in their other base, or their friends base.

For spires and the “ area effect” I believe they were talking about a sort of magic tower that cast a sort of spell effect around itself in an area which boosts the stats of defenses within it’s range. For comparison, it would be sort of like the monkey village from BTD6 but much smaller
