Probably 10 or so sets of drums and then used movie magic to make it look like they were all setup at once. That’s my guess.

Nick White I don't think that's "movie magic". They look to authentic to be CGI. If you slow down the video, you'll notice that he's actually making contact with the drums

Chris Pham I think you misunderstood my “movie magic” by movie magic I mean editing. He is no doubt playing the drums. I’m guessing he filmed each camera angle with all the drums in that location and then moved the drums to the next location and filmed all of those angles. You can tell that it isn’t one continuous take as he slows down in the elevator and speeds up in the next shot by a few clicks. All that being said I’m not hating, I am just pretty sure that he doesn’t have that many sets of tenors!
