Ha ha ha - I have a kidney problem at the moment (my own fault, to much sweetened cacao lol). Thank you very much for taking the time to make this clip. I will be watching this one several times. Lots of good information to absorb. Such an amazing variety of yummy foods and a large amount I haven't heard of before. I appreciate the explanation on taste. The comfrey and the nitrogen fixer helpful information. Like I said lots good information for me to absorb. Virginia tearing the bubble wrap skin to shreds made me laugh. I will try that fruit as you suggested. It is interesting how the papaya leaves remind me of fig leaves though they are probably miles apart as far as similarities in looks. Hey I noticed the framing is coming along. Cool

Stay away from Starfruit! They aren't good for kidney issues! The Marang is not so easy to find, but it is a really unique experience from opening the fruit to eating it! I plan on making a video about nitrogen fixers specifically, along with my other chop and drop plants. Just have to find the time!

Great video. THANK YOU. where do you buy your plants from.

Thanks so much for watching! I get plants from several places around the island. For the more common tropical plants, I try to buy from Plantit Hawaii, so I use one of their vendors. For the more rare stuff Ken Love on Kona side has the best selection, but he's only open on Saturdays. And of course the community. Craigslist and Facebook marketplace are always good resources.
