Hawaii Leasehold Property Pros and Cons

I understand your trailer park analogy, but when a lease is up, you still own the trailer. With a leasehold property in Hawaii, when the lease is up, do you have anything?

🤷‍♂🤷‍♂🫡 so a Lease hold is not realy a bad thing u just will pay Rent fee to live on the land and there pretty long lease hold so u can still live there for a wile not to bad :) if u just wanna live somewhere close to the beach and stuff kinda ok i guess ^^
