Hawaiian Medicine with Tuti Kanahele

Today I'm excited to welcome back Tuti Kanahele. This week, we sit down with her as she guides us through her process of preparing popo lomilomi, a form of Hawaiian medicine. I also had the chance to talk story and learn a little bit more about Tuti's life growing up and her journey reacquiring the Hawaiian language.
