This is a Hoopii I didn't know. Sol was a perfect blend of traditional Hawaiian music and the modern Hollywood inspired more commercial sound.

Well Generally copyrights last for Songwriters life and then 70 years after death so my Guess this Song is Open for All.

The new rules are any composition prior to 1924 as of now, are public domain. Next year it will go to before 1925, and so on.@@cjcarp9438

But, it still could be public domain because some publishers don't renew songs that aren't making money. My guess is it is public domain or youtube would have taken it off.
