Affordable to who???? Does the $300,000 include utilities??? What about maintenance fees???? I'm sure the majority will be bought up by "special" people as an investment, not to live in. The rich, in hawaii, only get richer. While the locals are being forced to leave the state. At least those who can pay to leave.
