They’re way under 1%… guessing around $14k annually (barely over $1,000/month). I’m guessing the caretakers salaries, property maintenance and utilities are going to be more painful; and that might not be an issue for someone who can pay $27M for a property (definitely out of my league).

There is also a non-owner tax rate of $11.10 per $1,000 of assessed value, and $13.60 per $1,000 of assessed value over $2M assessed value. Right now it's $54k per year.
