Excellent tour of a very nicely decorated and designed house. The view is of course killer - but the empty lot in front would worry me a bit - that's too large for one or two single-family homes .... more like a condo building of some sort? Consistent quality in your filming and commentary.

It's zoned for only a single family residence. It would not be possible to build anything else there. Your view will stay good!

Atrium’s Always look good on paper but once built and lived with ,offer very little/A place for a smoker ?, Things I would change. The color absolutely as soon as you walked up.. And I would change the price ,at that asking price there are a lot of options. I don’t think this is the best one.
