Beautiful home! The one thing I would want to change is the back wall. The one they have is nice, but if it were clear, or the thin cables, it would open that view up a lot, especially on entrance, I think it would make it a real wow statement. Not a huge thing though, this is a fabulous home!

Add solar ? Also, in the master suite bathroom, was that a door in the shower to outside? And outside shower? The stove top have some sort of venting or does it need a range hood? would love to add unit the end of the pool to have a swim spa feature.

Nice layout but you failed to mention the mature fruit trees populating the property & whether its fenced at all since the bulk of the property borders the entrance to the sub-division. One of the few issues I have with the view is the street lamp which is going to spoil the night views of the town. The lower level garage is a nice bonus with nice finishes overall.🤙

Nice home but I've noticed quite a few properties that have big chains hanging down outside. What are they for? I initially thought they were for straping the roof down but you already have support collums in place they tend to ruin the look of the property?

Those are gutter downspouts. The chains let the water run down slowly so it won't wash away a hole in the ground.

Beautiful house! We're here on the island and noticed that there aren't a lot of open houses on an average weekend relative to the houses currently listed. Are open houses not much of a thing here?

Glad you're here! Right now inventory is still low, so we have fewer houses that would be open. Additionally, buyer demand has also slowed, so some agents feel like an open house wouldn't be a good use of their time. If you are in the market, let me know and we can get some showings set up.
