House built, furnitures, kitchen, beds, bathrooms style below average and doesn't have a bar, no lighting system for night.. I would have to change everything n re design.. Costing additional money.. But location and view is just mesmerizing

Thank you for sharing this find. It does indeed check all the boxes. I agree with adding a spa tub perhaps in a Tiki-hut style with large view of ocean? A bar-b-que set up? But this is the right size for me. With some room for me to tinker with fruit trees, etc. BTW: You do a great job with these presentations' Some presentations I look at are all pictures and music with little.no info. Some the agent is so overbearing I can feel my arm being twisted. Your presentation is perfect. I wish I was in a better position to follow the dream. You would be the man I would come to.

I'm still doing the report and sending it to people, but you have to sign up! KZbin's algorithm absolutely crushes my channel when I release them to the public because the metrics do not line up with my house tour videos. It then takes a long time to get the house tours pushed back out again.

If you want to be in town and have a view, you'll also have a view of town. We do have more rural places with views, and they are cheaper- they are just out of town and some people don't care for the commute.
