I have had my machine for about 4 months, when I make a cigarette there is quite a bit of tobacco out side on the tube left over. I would like to change the little blue piece that wholes the tube in place, to try to get the tube to be held tighter. I received 2 extra blue pieces. Thank u.

May I ask if you are using king sized tubes? The HK-3 is compatible with king sized tubes and 100mm tubes. When using king sized tubes, a small amount of tobacco may overflow from the tubes. You can try 100mm, usually there won't be this situation. Thank you for your support!

How dry should the tobacco be? Mine are getting quite firm

Hi It is not recommended to use tobacco that is too dry, as it will lose its elasticity and affect the quality of the cigarettes injected.
