According to my opinion i will never suggest anyone to purchase this tawa..it is not for making dosa..it is only for chilla.. I purchase this one..but i tried this and it made like chilla..

Take rice 2 parts and udad dal 1 part(measure both with same cup)a small tbs methi Dana pour water and soak for 6 to 8 hrs Now grind it to smooth paste And allow it to ferment for 2-3 hrs in room temperature Now ready to use👍

Let it properly heat before poring dosa batter Even if it sticks,then brush a bit of oil and roll at cut onion on it surface and sprinkle some water drops Then It is ready

Same here, if I use oil for first dosa then I couldn't make 2nd dhosa it is sticking and the batter comes with ladle itself, even if I use onion, water, cloths after that also my 2nd dhosa is not coming if I used oil for my 1st dhosa

If the batter sticks while cooking....do one thing.... Just remove the wasted batter (which on tawa was sticking) and rub the tawa with onion....batter will not stick and quality of dosa/uttapam will be fine
