Banks are raising rates using higher risk with inflation as an excuse after FOMC lowered rates by .50 and .25 which isn't helping customers and making banks more rich. It's waste of lowering rates right now.

this .25 rate cut in december IS A WASTE. the markets will IGNORE that it even happened. the 10 year treasury note running FIRM at about 4.4 is proof of what i say. DO NOT CUT!

Employers are not forthcoming with raises and bonuses for their sub C suite employees despite crowing about record profits from rising consumer prices and interest rates. It appears corporate America is strip mining working and middle-class America of its wealth and profiting from employees borrowing at higher interest rates to continue to live and consume. There shall be a debt reckoning, if consumers continue to satisfy their needs and wants with more borrowing. Then corporate America will profit from home foreclosures and automobile repossessions which may have been the devious and predatory plan all along. I hope Americans will wake up and realize CEOs and their major shareholders are living like royalty because we have allowed ourselves to be reduced to serfs by virtue-less un-American globalist corporate oligarchs, who only pledge allegiance to themselves, their major shareholders and their insatiable and callous greed.
