One of the classic Hawks line ups. I miss the sound of Huw's guitar. R.I.P. Unfortunately they are no longer the psychadelic force LIVE that they once were. Saw them on 50th Anniversary tour and wish I hadn't. Spoilt my memories

@Chris-m8e Not really. I love all the way up to the point where Alan left. The early stuff with Nik, Lemmy, Bob etc is groundbreaking. The mid 70's with Astonishing Sounds, PXR5, Quark, Strangeness & Charm took them in a new direction and really gave a great platform for Bob's poetry. Then '79 onwards was yet another new direction with Huw on lead. A lot heavier music. But also amid that you got Harvey's input on albums like Zones & Church of. I just think Dibs was a waste of space and having seen them on their 50th tour, they were a shadow of their former selves. Now, with tracks like "Spirit of The Age" having become a karaoke sing-a-long they've become a bit of a joke!
